In this post I’m reviewing an e-book titled Green Smoothies: The Weight Loss & Detox Secret: 50 Recipes for a Healthy Diet (Special Diet Cookbooks & Vegetarian Recipes Collection Book 3) by Jonathon Vine. Here’s what the cover looks like:
I received this product heavily discounted in exchange to test and review honestly. I couldn’t have received this book at a better time. I have been hearing a lot about green smoothies lately and I’ve been wanting to try them. I really lucked out with this book because it has over 50 different recipes in it. The recipes consist of both fruit and vegetable smoothies. To be honest, I really liked a lot of the smoothies in this book. I was really apprehensive about it at first because I had only every drank sweet smoothies that were made with only fruit, but the vegetable ones were a welcome surprise. My favorite smoothies were the Cucumber and Dill smoothie as well as the Coconut Green smoothie. If you’re looking for a new way to eat all your vegetables, I definitely recommend reading this book and trying some of the recipes.
My rating is 10 out of 10. This book really opened my eyes to the smoothie world and a lot of the recipes were really good. I highly recommend it to someone who is apprehensive about putting vegetables into their smoothies as well as anyone else looking to try new ways to eat their vegetables.
