Back with another e-book review. This time I’m doing a review of a book titled Vegetarian Quick & Easy – Under 15 Minutes. It was written by Jonathan Vine. I really love all the recipes in this book. They are all so easy to make and really do take under 15 minutes. The Cheesecake Bites, Caprese Salad, Cheesy Dill Omelet and Avocado Scramble were hands down my favorite recipes. They were so good and so easy to make. I feel no qualms about eating these meals because they’re actually healthy for you! The book is insightful, engaging, straightforward and filled with tips, advice and honest answers to the question of vegetarianism in a busy life. The recipes are delicious, easy to make in under 15 minutes and best of all, they are nutritious and balanced… so that your mind and body is ready and able to meet life and its challenges everyday.
My rating is 10 out of 10. This is a great book for people who want to eat healthy and don’t have a lot of time to prepare meals.
