Review of the app Sworkit

Hey guys!

I’m back with another review. In this post I’ll actually be reviewing an app, which I haven’t done before. The app is called Sworkit and as I’m sure you guessed, it is indeed a work out app. I received this app for free in exchange to test and review honestly. All opinions are my own. If you would like to learn more about this app or buy it, you can do so here. Here’s a picture of the app logo:

Here’s a little bit more about Sworkit:

WHAT IS SWORKIT?

Sworkit (derived from Simply WORK IT) is a fitness app that takes you through 5-60+ minute strength, yoga, pilates and stretching workouts requiring no equipment. We strive to provide the simplest way to get a workout in anywhere, anytime, with no room for excuses. Sworkit Lite is available for free on iOS, Android, and Amazon. Sworkit Pro provides a whole new level of customization and personalization beyond any other fitness app on the market.

The Sworkit custom workout builder allows both novices and professionals (e.g. physical therapists, personal trainers, physical education instructors, doctors, etc) to create and share custom routines (‘playlists’) from a growing library of over 170 different exercises. It’s as easy as building a music playlist.

Sworkit is Exercise Personalized.

WHO WE ARE

Ben met Greg, a former U.S. Air Force officer and fitness expert. Together they formed Nexercise based on the principle that nobody wants to be out of shape and even the smallest physical activity should be celebrated, as it forms the seed of habit. A year later, Ben met Ryan, a talented programmer and former U.S. army officer who had built the basic foundations of an exercise app called Sworkit. Ben loved the idea, and asked Ryan to join Nexercise to take the product to its full potential.

“After rebuilding, rebranding and re-releasing Sworkit, we knew that we had something special, that really resonated with a lot of people. And that’s when our big idea was born… We will help people around the globe, not only busy adults, but kids, seniors and even patients reach their fitness and rehabilitative goals by making a platform that is accessible anywhere with an easy to follow instructional exercise format that encourages and motivates people to succeed.”

This is a really great app and I like it a lot. It really helps tailor the work outs to me and how much time I have to dedicate to them. Awesome app!

Thanks guys!
